From the series: City of Beacon with a Kodak Brownie c. 1950s

This series documents places in Beacon that were standing when the artist’s Kodak Brownie camera was manufactured, c. 1950s. The Brownie, a very elementary camera, (its technology basically unchanged since the early 1900s), has no flash, no focus, etc. The film was processed in silver halide, the traditional black and white film technique.
