From the exhibition "Little Soldier," Loop Gallery, Toronto, September - October, 2007.

The title of my Loop show, "Little Soldier," derives from the English translation of Jean-Luc Godard’s 1963 film about the Algerian war of independence from France sets the tone for the exhibit. While the imagery maybe historically sourced, I am attempting to create the contemporary feeling of having been here before.
